We got going with one truck and a few units, and we still run things the same way. When you call, you reach me or someone I'd send to my own property. We're a family operation, so if a unit isn't up to standard, that's on us, and we make it right the same day.
I manage the schedule from one board in the office, and every driver reviews it before heading out. When we say Tuesday morning, it's Tuesday morning. If anything changes, I phone you before you need to phone us.
